first was required to start the newsgroup, the second two are required by
the charter. That's why they're the official documents.
Of course it takes more than three documents to run a newsgroup, even
this one. So we have unofficial documents. Some of these come from
the staff that moderates and supports the group, some come from the users
the participate in the group. |
